Total fee: $950

This includes all assessment materials, the initial consultation, feedback session, and your written report.

Payment structure:
• 50% ($475) is required to secure your first appointment.
• The remaining 50% ($475) is due before your report is released.

Diagnostic Interview

Feedback Session

(50 minutes)
