Refund Policy

Cancellations
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

More than 24 hours' notice: You may reschedule or cancel and receive a 100% refund.

Less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments: A cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost may apply.
This policy helps ensure that we can manage appointment times fairly and efficiently for all clients.
Refunds
Due to the nature of psychological assessments and the professional time involved, we do not offer refunds once:

A clinical session has been conducted, or
-
Assessment work (including preparation or scoring) has commenced.
If you cancel before any clinical work has begun, a refund may be provided minus any admin or processing fees.
Exceptional Circumstances
We recognise that emergencies happen. If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, crisis, or other significant hardship, please contact us — we’ll always aim to act with compassion and fairness.
Rescheduling
We are happy to offer one complimentary reschedule per booking (with more than 24 hours’ notice). Additional changes may be subject to a small admin fee.
