Refund Policy

Cancellations

​

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

  • More than 24 hours' notice: You may reschedule or cancel and receive a 100% refund.

  • Less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments: A cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost may apply.

 

This policy helps ensure that we can manage appointment times fairly and efficiently for all clients.

 

Refunds

​

Due to the nature of psychological assessments and the professional time involved, we do not offer refunds once:

  • A clinical session has been conducted, or

  • Assessment work (including preparation or scoring) has commenced.

If you cancel before any clinical work has begun, a refund may be provided minus any admin or processing fees.

Exceptional Circumstances

​

We recognise that emergencies happen. If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, crisis, or other significant hardship, please contact us — we’ll always aim to act with compassion and fairness.

Rescheduling

​

We are happy to offer one complimentary reschedule per booking (with more than 24 hours’ notice). Additional changes may be subject to a small admin fee.
